(internal) innovation competitions
For my studies with Prof. Enkel (http://www.zeppelin-university.de/english/chairs/MBI/innovationsman...) I am searching for best-practices in the area of (internal) innovation competitions. Does anybody has some experience with them? Some tips?

In the recently published "service innovation yearbook 2010 - 2011" I introduced an Intellectual Capital Management System (ICMS), which can be used for internal and external best practices procedures. See http://www.hrm-auer.ch/downloads/EC-YEARBOOK_2010-11_Auer_E.pdf
