A recent survey shows that 78 % of the participants say it is extremely or very important to involve their customers to co-create products or services. Interestingly, 67 % from the same survey say they involve few or some of their customers when they create products or services.
Do we need to close this "gap", or is the best practice to involve only some or few of your customers in the innovation process?
